Shipping & Return


The shipping costs for the countries of Europe are from €12 to €35. (5 to 7 days).

The shipping costs for the United Kingdom are from €15 to €50. (5 to 7 days).

The shipping costs for the countries of Europe (No UE) are from €19 to €60 . (5 to 7 days).

The shipping costs for other countries in the worldwide are from €28 to €90. (5 to 10 days).

The times indicated are indicative and in working days.

Parcels are usually shipped within 24 to 48 business hours after payment is received.


The tracking number and link will be provided to you via email as soon as your parcel is handed over to the carrier.


Shipping services for Europe and international destinations may vary depending on the carrier available in your country.

Your parcel will be deposited at the address provided during your order.

If it cannot be left in the mailbox, the delivery person usually contacts you for a hand-delivery arrangement.

In case of absence at your residence, the parcel will be represented the following day or available at the nearest post office, as indicated on the delivery notice. Please note that you have a limited time to retrieve it.

All orders are shipped with care in reinforced box packaging.



According to our general terms and conditions of sale, customers have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item.

This policy applies exclusively to new items in 10/10 condition. It is not possible to make a return for second-hand items.

If you wish to exchange the item, we may exchange it for another item or size, subject to availability.

Refunds will be issued in the form of a credit note, by issuing a coupon (code) valid on our website without any time limit.

The refund will only include the amount of the original item, and shipping costs will not be included in the refund credit.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

In the case of an exchange, shipping costs for the new item are also the responsibility of the customer.

Before returning merchandise, please contact our customer service department to obtain an authorized return address and advise us of the reason for your return, as well as your exchange or credit note (coupon code) preferences.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging and in good condition.

Used or damaged goods by the customer will not be refunded or exchanged.

Please note that we only evaluate the external condition of the shoes and that vintage items over 10 years old may present an increased risk of natural material and sole deterioration, and are therefore not covered by a durability warranty.

By placing an order on our website and purchasing the items offered, the buyer expressly accepts the general terms and conditions of sale and acknowledges the risks associated with the use of the products. It is expressly agreed that in no event may the purchased items be returned for a refund in the event of damage or misuse.
